We asked 500 applicants representing a sample of the UK’s population to undertake an online research study into the recognition and understanding of recycling symbols in the UK. The outcome of their responses can be found within the full research document and a summary of the research can be found within this section of the website.
After compiling the research, we asked leading industry thinkers and policy makers from government bodies, social enterprise and business to contribute their time and energy into writing responses to the research.
This report has given us a clear picture of consumer trends with equal measures of anxiety and reality.
